Camping- Denny Creek 2014

It was our second time back to Denny Creek for a weekend of camping.  We were hit with some rain, but were prepared.  It didn't chase us away!  We hiked to the waterfall again. Daddy, Jonathan and Luke went fly fishing waist high in the Creek.  Luke really enjoyed it this year.  What a great activity for him especially because his brain is always so busy thinking of what to do next.  Fishing is all about the waiting and he actually liked it!  Yay Luke!

Sydney turns 4!!!

June 30 was Sydney's 4th Birthday!  We had a small part with her closest friends, Naomi, Wyatt and Talia.... and of course, Luke and Ava.  We painted nails, applied body jewels, tattoos, and hair chalk.  The party was decorated in Sydney's favorite color, pink. We ate heart shaped sandwiches and pizza's.   

Sydney had a great time and was a very well behaved birthday girl, thanking everyone for the presents.  This was the first time she showed how excitement when opening gifts!  She received a dress, anna and Elsa dolls, mermaid barbies, glitter crocs, a new cup and a keyboard!

Her favorite things are babies, barbies, Anna from Frozen, Pink, Shoes and cups to drink out of.  Some things never change!  Oh, and Mommy...

Summer day at starbucks

We are spending the chilly and rainy afternoon at starbucks at Juanita beach. The rain started just as we arrived to play in the sand and make beach jars so we decided to enjoy some doughnuts and frappes at starbucks. 

Luke and Syd haven't had a doughnut in ages.  I took them off their gf/df diet recently. 

Epcot 2014

Had an amazing time at Epcot!  We were there for more than 12 hours!  We enjoyed the countries, every single one!  The kids got their Duffy bear fans stamped.  

Nana treated us to lunch at the Coral Reef where we got too eat yummy food and watch sea creatures swim by!  Luke has been eating gluten and dairy with no problems, looks like all side effects are caused by anxiety!  We have been so busy here that he has had no time to to have his OCD thoughts!  He is relieved and is loving the glutinous life again! 

Our favorite things at Epcot were the fireworks, pressing pennies, meeting Duffy the bear, test drive, soarin' and talking to crush from Nemo!  Oh, and first funnel cake!

Boy Scouts

Luke sought out becoming a Cub Scout all on his own this year.  He joined and it has been his favorite activity since.  It has been sooo very good for him socially.  As we all know, Luke loves incentives so having the direction of the scouts to instill confidence, motivation and team work in him has been great!

Luke has now upgraded to a wolf scout!

The pool is open!

We have been enjoying the pool at the club!  Trying to teach syd how to swim on her own.

Ava's graduation

She is ready for kindergarten!  And we all found out she wants to be a farmer when she grows up!

So proud of  our 5 1/2 year old!
