We are gearing up for Luke's party tomorrow. I made him a cake of his favorite villan from Minecraft. And of course, could not forget the gluten free, dairy free cupcakes for Sydney. The cake's icing used an astonishing 11 sticks of butter. Some of the icing is white chocolate, and some is chocolate flavored. The cake is chocolate and butter cake marbled. I used a 8x8 for Herobrine's head, a 9x12 for his arms and shirt and an 11x7 for his pants and feet.
We used perler beads to make minecraft necklaces. And we are making name tags in the morning. The party is going to be at island time where the kids will play games to win coupons and laser tag. They also have make your own froyo, as if the cake won't be enough sugar. Everyone gets to pick out their dinner too. It should be a fun time! Luke invited his neighborhood buddies and a few boys from school.
Let's hope Herobrine makes it to the party in one piece!
