Ava's country Report

Ava wrote a report on "turkey" and decorated a paper suitcase to go along with it.  There was a little procrastination but we finished it last night.  She just randomly chose Turkey after a lot of kids chose her first choice which was Mexico.  She wanted to do something different since Mexico was such a popular choice.  Today was the banquet where the kids could bring in food from their country.  Ava and I made baklava the night before. It was yummy and fun to make!

She is wearing headphones because she can't stand the sound of the pencil writing.  Kinda strange...  But it has always bothered her.
